Associate Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between the associate (“Associate”) and GoTieup Infotech Private Limited (“Company”). By signing up as an Associate, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below:
This Agreement is between the Associate and GoTieup Infotech Private Limited (CIN U62090RJ2024PTC096326), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

The Associate will promote and sell the Company’s products.
BusinessAppy is an app provided by GoTieup Infotech Private Limited.
For each successful sale, the Associate will earned commission as per the communication which may vary from time to time.
To claim the commission, the following conditions must be met:
The client must have successfully completed the payment for BusinessAppy.
The Associate must provide the email ID used by the client to create the paid account on BusinessAppy.
The Associate must register as a user on the BusinessAppy app.
Applicable taxes will be levied on each sale, and the tax amount will not be included in the commission calculation.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be as applicable.
The Associate must provide their PAN details to facilitate TDS compliance.
Associates can request their payouts by submitting a request via the designated form click here to request.
Payouts will be processed within 24 to 48 working hours from the date of the payout request.
Payouts may sometimes be delayed due to unforeseen situations
The Company strictly adheres to all applicable labour laws and does not engage in or promote child labour.
The Associate confirms that they are selling BusinessAppy based on their skills and capabilities.
The Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate information is provided during the sales process.
The Associate must act ethically and professionally while promoting and selling BusinessAppy.
The Company reserves the right to terminate the Associate’s participation in the Associate Module at its discretion for any breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur.
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Associates will be notified of any changes via email or through the BusinessAppy app.

By signing up as an Associate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
